The Structure of Yoga Teacher Training

200 HR Certification certified through Yoga Alliance.

1. Asana (Physical Postures)-  Detailed instruction on how to perform each posture including alignment, modifications and use of props.

2. Sequencing - Learn how to create cohesive and safe yoga sequences that cater to different levels and needs of your students.

3. Practice Teaching - Gaining practical experience by teaching peers and receiving constructive feedback.

4. Pranayama (Breath Control) - Techniques to control and extend breath, enhancing physical vitality and mental clarity.

5. Meditation & Mindfulness -Exploration of different meditation techniques to foster inner peace and concentration. Integration of mindfulness and meditation to daily life.

6. Anatomy & Physiology - Develop a deeper understanding of the system and how yoga impacts them. Study of common injuries and adaptations in yoga to help prevent /address injuries.

7. Philosophy & Ethics - In depth study of classical texts (Yoga Sutras, Bhagavad Gita, Hatha Yoga Pradipika).
